
Whether you are a Meeting Planner, Executive Secretary, or an Administrative Assistant, if you need help selecting and negotiating a hotel contract for your next important meeting or event, we are here to help.
Often times we can help at NO COST to you as hotels will compensate us directly for recommending and contracting with their property. The only requirement is that the total sleeping room charges for your meeting should exceed $5,000 (other amounts spent generally don't impact the commission amount paid by hotels).
How does it work?
1. You provide us with suggested meeting/retreat locations, meeting and sleeping room parameters, and we’ll submit RFP’s (Requests for Proposals) to appropriate hotels.
2. We then send you a summary of all hotels, including costs, meeting space available, etc. for your review and hotel selection.
3. We’ll negotiate the hotel contract (including walk clause, force majeure clause, renovation clause, etc.) and submit it to you for signature.
4. After the contract is negotiated we will work with the hotel to finalize the rooming list and all F&B (Food and Beverage) arrangements.
